I don't know what 'super cookies' are but the 'vin ordinaire cookies' are not stored in the registry.
1. Have you tried looking for them in Internet Options > General Tab > Browsing history Settings > View objects?
2. If you want to remove unwanted registry entries for programs that have been uninstalled, click the Windows Orb (Start), type regedit, press Enter and in the left pane navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion.
Expand the Uninstall key in the left pane and scroll down to find the unwanted entry then right-click and delete it. To make sure you delete the correct entry, check the name in the right pane. DisplayName contains the name that is listed in Programs and Features and UninstallString contains the name of the program that is normally used to do the uninstall. This is the major registry key, there will be other entries which you could search for (F3).
If you're apprehensive about making registry changes, back it up or create a system restore point before making the changes.
Good luck.

It is suggested that it may be necessary to use msconfig to select 'Diagnostic startup' to remove Reader manually.
It's difficult to give you any more advice because:
- You haven't said what the problem is that you are trying to solve
- You don't say what you have tried and what the results were when you post back
However your issues seem more to do with Adobe than with Vista Hardware and Drivers, so you might get more information from Adobe support and forums.
This answer is provided "as-is." You bear the risk of using it.

I don't want the embedded items there so i casn reinstall flash and set the settings right?" I have been to 4 different forums and no one understands the issue again the list of what i posted is what is in the registry under software- al programs uninstalled so?

So if i just delete those items that is where they are that you specify, there is or is no issue deleting those?

That reply was from a different guy.
If you have uninstalled all the Adobe software, I can't see that deleting these entries would cause any harm. Likewise, I can't see that having these registry entries would prevent you from installing Adobe Flash Player or modifying its settings.
